There are three main modules which present tools for you to work through the entrepreneurial process, from self-discovery until running a successful business.
A: SSWM as a Business introduces you to the Sustainable Sanitation and Water Management concept and the business opportunities you can take advantage of with cewas. It includes three sections: Introduction to SSWM as a Business, Scanning the SSWM Environment, and Resource Recovery and Reuse Business Model Examples.
B: Business Development in SSWM leads you through the process of self analysis, business model and business plan development to prepare yourself to run your own business. It includes three sections: Are You a Water and Sanitation Entepreneur?, Business Model Development, and Business Plan.
C: Managing Projects gives you the information you need to successfully manage projects in your business, including sections on Project Design, Project Financing, Project Execution, and Ensuring Project Sustainability.
